Our Strategy
Supporting entrepreneurs who have the vision, ambition and moral character needed to build first-class companies is our strategy. We are usually the first professional investor or financial advisor in our client companies. We spend a significant time with each entrepreneur in preparing their entire presentations, securing the proper executive talent and helping negotiate the best financing terms possible. We know what it feels like to be an entrepreneur - we have been there ourselves.

Target Industries
The primary cornerstone of the organization is to focus on investments and fundings in the technology, medical, security, communications or retail marketplaces in the United States. However, the team members of Phoenix Holdings have invested or raised venture capital in other industry sectors and will investigate other companies that show exceptional possibilities in other industries.

Our investments, entrepreneurs and client companies are located internationally.

Phoenix Holdings is very selective and becomes directly involved in only 4-8 new client companies per year. The principals of Phoenix Holdings have invested in over 50 companies throughout their careers as direct investors or as top executives and have also raised venture capital or business funding for many other clients and projects over the past six years.
