At that point, we look to bring introductions to the company to other direct investors, venture capital firms and investment banks to secure the proper business funding from the capital market.

Executive Search & Recruiting
Each entrepreneur is guided by Phoenix Holdings in identifying, interviewing, and recruiting executives needed to complete a client company's management. We've been very successful in finding the proper team members for most of our portfolio companies and consider these efforts essential in attracting needed capital from the right investors.

Financial Planning
Each entrepreneur is helped by Phoenix Holdings in the preparation of complete financial plans and strategies including the planning for later stages of funds from the capital market. This includes the direct introduction of the company to early or later stage investors, corporate or strategic partners and investment banks. We also assist our client companies in the analysis and execution of debt strategies, mergers/acquisitions, and public offerings.
